The Scouting and Guiding movement at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Gachibowli has seen significant participation and achievements in the academic year 2024-25. The school registered a total of 315 members, including Cubs, Bulbuls, Scouts, Guides, and their respective leaders this year 4 teachers are trained as basic scouts and guides . Achievements in Scouting and Guiding
The Scouts and Guides of PM SHRI KV Gachibowli have actively participated in various training programs and examinations, showcasing their dedication to discipline, leadership, and service.
1. Tritiya Sopan Certification:
This year, 7 Scouts and 7 Guides successfully completed the Tritiya Sopan training, demonstrating their skills and commitment to the movement.
2. Rajya Puraskar Selection:
A prestigious milestone in the Scouting and Guiding journey, 7 Guides and 6 Scouts from the school were selected for the Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp. This recognition is a significant achievement that paves the way for future leadership in the movement.
The Scouting and Guiding wing of PM SHRI KV Gachibowli has been actively involved in various events and initiatives aimed at community service, awareness, and social responsibility. Some of the notable activities conducted include:

1. International Girl Child Day Rally:
To spread awareness about the importance of gender equality and the empowerment of girls, the Scouts and Guides participated in an International Girl Child Day Rally. This initiative helped in promoting the significance of education and equal opportunities for girls.

2. Cleanliness Drive:
Under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the students took part in a Cleanliness Drive in the Vidyalaya campus. Through this activity, they reinforced the values of hygiene, sustainability, and environmental responsibility.
